I ended up spending an hour re-reading my blog posts from the start of this weigh-loss journey, and it was really motivating! I feel ready to get back on track with SFL. I was so fired up at the beginning and I want to be in that place again. So, I'm going to make it happen.
Here are some specific things I'm going to do until the end of January as a start:
- No more than one can of Diet Coke a day
- Drink at least 5 bottles of water each day (my water bottle holds ~500 mL)
- "If it's not on my plan, it doesn't go in my mouth."
- Skip no more than 3 snacks per week.
- Exercise at least 5 time per week.
I will check back in every couple of days to say how I'm doing.

I just wanted to let you know that I am impressed by how you are sticking with SFL! I'm cheering for you to reach your goal by Feb 20!!!
Aw, thanks! How did I miss this until now? I got under 125 today for the first time ever, so I'm pretty pumped :)
