August Workout Summary

I'm so bummed!  I thought by getting my run in today that I would hit my 3-workout minimum goal.  But, I just checked and it looks like I only got two in this week.  Oh well, not much I can do about it now.  ETA: Phew!  I was sure I had done more this week.  I reviewed my meal log for SFL and found I had forgotten to track one of my workouts.  I feel much better now :)

Here is what my workout calendar looks like for August:

 It's not too bad overall.  All the blue are running, yellow are swimming, and purple are DVDs.  Hopefully next month will be even more colourful!  The only scary part is that gap this week is when I was working.  I need to get into some sort of routine.

 In good news, I think my new sneakers will work out okay.  I don't like them as well as my Triumphs, but they'll have to do since they're not making the same model I like anymore.

Running: 6 activities (30.34 km)
Swimming: 2 activities (2.75 km)
Strength training: 3 activities (1:00)
Insanity: 1 activity (0:41)
