Tonight was my first night back after hurting my hip last week. And, of course, I was due to take a fit test. I was very concerned, as I was pretty shaky before I started, which is usually how I get when my blood sugar is low. Anyway, all I can say about the results is 'wow!' I'm not sure if the better results are due to increased fitness or just because I had a few days of rest between my last workout and the test, but I am very impressed with the progress in a month!
Hey - maybe it's the lack of Diet Coke in my system? ;) I felt like I was going to puke after each exercise, but I think having my previous numbers in front of me pushed me to work harder. I thought my last low-plank oblique number was 59, which is why I pushed myself to get above 60.
Tomorrow I start the month two workouts, which are longer and supposedly more intense than month one. I'm kind of scared!
